I placed my order and got the confirmation almost immediately, which was nice. Everything looked right, and checkout was straightforward with no payment glitches or anything weird. I’m still waiting on the delivery, so I can’t speak to that part yet, but the buying process was smooth. If you’re on the fence, the ordering part was easy for me.

I’m careful about keeping an eye on deliveries, especially shoes, but the tracking was actually spot on. It updated quickly and I knew exactly when my order was going to show up, so I didn’t have to stress about it sitting outside.

I usually end up shopping on footlocker.com because the selection feels solid, at least from what I’ve seen. They tend to have the sneakers I’m looking for, plus a bunch of color options I don’t really notice in stores.

Finding new releases is easy, but I also like that they have normal everyday shoes too. The clothes section is a nice bonus since it makes it easier to find stuff that matches, which I wasn’t totally expecting but definitely appreciate.

I ordered a pair of shoes from footlocker.com on Monday and, i figured I’d be waiting a bit longer... but they showed up by Wednesday. So yeah, that was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy to follow, nothing confusing, and the box arrived in good shape too. Not much else to say, really, I’m just happy they got here quicker than I thought they would.

I had to send back a pair because they just didn’t fit right. i was a little worried the refund was going to take forever, but... it showed up in my account about 4 days after they received the shoes. So yeah, smooth overall. I just wish the return updates were a bit clearer along the way

The shoes themselves were totally fine, thankfully!! But the box showed up with one corner smashed in... Not the end of the world or anything, just kinda wish the packaging had been a bit better!!!
